Generative AI is most useful when the problem is clearly defined: a specific workflow, a bounded knowledge domain, and an owner who can judge whether the output is good enough.

Organisations should ask where the data comes from, who may see it, how accuracy will be measured, and what happens when the system is wrong. Those questions matter more than the choice of model brand.

A credible programme treats generative AI as a product and an operating practice, not a demonstration.
